Brinx von Kearanen

dob August 12, 2007

Brinx is a masterpiece of my breeding goals.....

He posses one of the most magnificent heads Kevin v Murrtal has produced. His structure is not extreme, but incredibly agile and strong.

His drives are balanced and his temperament sensible and confident. He has truly been one of the easiest dogs I have ever trained.  He does not require a strong hand nor is he over the top with prey drive. He is just so sensible and eager to please. At the same time, he is excellent in his willingness to protect when the call arises.
Recently, at Brigands in Battle Ground, Washington, Brinx was instinct tested for sheep herding and passed with flying colors showing natural ability to keep himself balanced with the sheep and head them when necessary!  What a thrill it was to see that natural instinct just flow!
My hope is to give him more herding opportunities this summer.

Brinx will be titled, OFA'd and PennHip'd this summer, and available for stud to approved bitches thereafter.
His sister, Brekka, was DNA tested for genetic diseases and found completely clear of all 28 genetic diseases tested.  I expect the same is true for Brinx.
His littermates:
Brekka, holds two International Championships
Baewulf is a working Hearing Assistance Dog
