How to Make An Appointment

Appointment Policies

    ~  To make an appointment, first call Fran at 578-1565.  The best time to call is between 8 am and 9:30 am Monday through Friday.  If you need to leave a message, please expect a phone call the following morning during those same hours.

     ~  To confirm your appointment, you must make a deposit in the amount of $75.  You may do this either through this website by VISA or MasterCard by clicking HERE.  Or you may send a check to Positive Puppy Dog Training LLC, P.O. Box 806, Sun Valley, Idaho  83333. Your deposit must be received prior to your appointment.  This deposit will be applied toward your total package payment.

     ~ You need to cancel your appointment, you must call by 9:00 am the morning of the appointment, or your deposit becomes non-refundable. If you do not show for your first appointment, this deposit becomes non-refundable and will not be applied toward a package of lessons.

    ~ Your deposit is refundable if you cancel your appointment by 9:00 am the morning of the first lesson and you decide not to make another appointment with Positive Puppy Dog Training LLC.  Your deposit will be mailed to you.
